lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern
District of Ohio against Tween Brands, Inc. (NYSE: TWB). Since that filing,
the class period has been extended to include May 23, 2007 through August 21,
2007.
If you are a member of the expanded Class as described above, you may move
the Court no later than Tuesday, October 23, 2007, to serve as a lead
plaintiff for the Class. However, in order to do so, you must meet certain
