PORTLAND, Ore. -- Rentrak Corporation (Nasdaq: RENT), the leader in multi-screen media measurement serving the advertising and entertainment industries, today announced the results of its annual meeting of shareholders held on August 26, 2010 in New York City.
Richard Hochhauser, William P. Livek, Anne MacDonald, Paul A. Rosenbaum, Brent D. Rosenthal and Ralph R. Shaw were re-elected to Rentrak's board of directors. William E. Engel and Martin B. O'Connor II were elected to replace retiring board members Thomas D. Allen and George H. Kuper. The company's shareholders also ratified the appointment of Grant Thornton, LLP, to serve as independent auditors for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2011.
