Aug. 10, 2010 (Business Wire) -- Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) company, ranked first among competitors in net transferee satisfaction in the 16th annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey.
The survey, conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC, is designed to gather and report objective, unbiased evaluations of recently transferred employees’ level of satisfaction with relocation service providers. It solicits comprehensive comments and quantitative information from transferees which helps to establish a standard for measuring relocation services.
“The relocation process can be a taxing experience for transferees and their families,” said Earl Lee, president, Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services. “Our value proposition is simple: We make sure our clients and their transferring employees are informed, confident and at ease with the relocation process from start to finish.”
“Trust is the key ingredient in building a strong bond between customers and relocation service providers,” added Jim Mallozzi, chairman and CEO, Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services. “Being recognized for maintaining the highest level of transferee satisfaction is a testament to the faith they have in our ability to provide world-class service.”
Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services’ net satisfaction rate topped the survey and was well above the industry average. The rankings were compiled from responses given by more than 7,300 transferees from 117 companies throughout a six-month period. The survey was conducted online and by telephone. This was the first year that transferees were asked to give their overall satisfaction with their entire relocation experience.
