Peoples Educational Holdings, Inc. Market Outperform Rating Maintained in Research Note by TriPoint Global Research

Aug. 10, 2010 (Business Wire) -- TriPoint Global Research Senior Analyst Sally Wallick, CFA, reiterates the Market Outperform rating on Peoples Educational Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: PEDH) shares. Peoples Educational Holdings reported flat 4Q FY10 revenue year-over-year and a loss of $0.02 per share, compared with a $0.28 per share loss in the prior-year quarter. For all of FY10, Peoples’ revenue declined 5% to $34.9 million, and net income was $251,000 or a $0.06 per share profit, versus a net loss of $1.1 million or a $0.25 per share loss in fiscal 2009.
