Former JPMorgan Securities expert on Asian banking and finance named CEO of first U.S. financial services company jointly owned by a Chinese company
The appointment was made at a HuaMei Board of Directors meeting in

HuaMei, formed last October, counsels U.S., Chinese and third country organizations on cross border mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment opportunities. HuaMei also offers risk management and investment services for the growing number of Chinese firms with authority to invest offshore.
