 What:   The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. will host an industry forum, 
         including panel discussions and NASDAQ Closing Bell, to 
         discuss the state of the industry and trends within the 
         Food and Restaurant industry sector. The Forum is being 
         organized in collaboration with the National Restaurant 
         Association.  

         In addition, there will be a NASDAQ Closing Bell ceremony 
         with Paula Deen, Donny Deutsch, and Forum participants.

         Panels will be moderated by Michael Kaufman, Chairman of 
         the National Restaurant Association and will cover:

         * Differentiating brand marketing in the competitive 
           landscape;
         * Investigating the impact of organic products and the 
           "greening" of the industry;
         * Discussing a right course of action during challenging 
           times in the slowing economy
