NORTH PLAINS, ORE., March 20 /CNW/ - Donald M. Boone, President and CEO of Jewett-Cameron Trading Company Ltd. (Nasdaq:JCTCF) (TSX:JCT), today announced that the Company has received initial orders from two large national home centers for the Company's proprietary gate system for wood fences. This gate system, which is sold under the trademark name, Adjust-A-Gate, will be offered in 724 home center locations.
The Adjust-A-Gate (AG-1) gate system is designed for gate applications of 36 to 96 inch openings. The gates framework is manufactured of square steel tubing, galvanized and powder-coated for years of maintenance free service. This product is easily adaptable to either existing or new wood gates and answers contractor and homeowners' needs for simple, attractive and strong wood gate systems. All necessary hardware is included in this fence component.
