    ADVISORSHARES SUBSIDIARY LAUNCHES EXCHANGE TRADED FUND PLATFORM FOR
INVESTMENT MANAGERS TO INCREASE ASSETS AND VISIBILITY

NEW YORK, NY, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Fund.com, Inc. (OTC BB: FNDM.OB) Fund.com's majority owned subsidiary AdvisorShares Investments LLC announced here that it has initiated an initial public offering of shares of the Dent Tactical ETF; an exchange traded fund that began trading yesterday on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker symbol: DENT. AdvisorShares is acting as the investment advisor to the Dent ETF with portfolio management provided by HS Dent Investment Management, LLC, a registered sub-advisor. The listing comes shortly after the Securities and Exchange Commission's July 20th order granting AdvisorShares exemptive relief from the Investment Company Act of 1940, thereby giving AdvisorShares the ability to create a platform for investment managers to achieve their investment objectives by utilizing the fast-growing ETF vehicle.
