RALEIGH, N.C., April 26, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of First Citizens BancShares Inc. (Nasdaq:FCNCA) today declared a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share on the Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable July 6, 2010, to shareholders of record June 21, 2010.
First Citizens' stock is traded over-the-counter, and Class A is quoted on the NASDAQ National Market System under the symbol FCNCA.
