In the report, the analyst notes:

"In fiscal 2009, the Company introduced its first software product, the Dataram RAMDisk, which is a kernel-level driver that presents a standard disk drive to the OS. DRAM's RAMDisk stores and retrieves data from the system RAM on the motherboard instead of an actual, physical disk. In tandem with its storage systems product lines, DRAM is continuing to develop stand-alone software to support both its memory business and its storage business.

"In April, DRAM acquired certain assets of Micro Memory Bank Inc. (MMB), a memory module company offering legacy to advanced solutions in laptop, desktop and server memory products. Today, MMB and its affiliate online retail operations procure and sell memory for laptops, desktops and servers. The company maintains a particular niche in legacy memory products by being one of the few companies in the industry that carries and stocks virtually every memory upgrade ever made. That includes technologies such as FPM, EDO, SDRAM, DDR, as well as cutting edge DDR2 and DDR3 products for Notebooks, PCs and Servers."
