Jul. 6, 2009 (Filing Services Canada) -- Cytiva Software Inc. (CRX - TSX Venture, CRXFF - OTCBB_Pink_Sheets), is pleased to announce that, further to its news release of June 5th, Pender Growth Fund (VCC) Inc. (the "Fund") will now be making its $750,000 investment into Cytiva by way of a convertible debenture that will be convertible into the preferred shares and warrants referenced in that news release on or before September 4, 2009 unless it is repaid in full prior to such date. As additional consideration for the transaction, Cytiva has agreed to issue to the Fund 400,000 warrants, each warrant entitling it to acquire one share of Cytiva for $0.225 for a period of three years, subject to earlier termination in certain circumstances. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
