Cytiva Achieves 67% Sales Growth and Closes First SonicPerform Deal in Second Quarter

New Sales of SonicRecruit, SonicPerform and one45 Software Fuels Growth

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, July 09, 2008 /FSC/ - Cytiva Software Inc. (CRX - TSX Venture, CRXFF - OTCBB_Pink_Sheets), a leading provider of on-demand talent management software solutions, announced today that the Company signed over $1,300,000 CDN of new contracted business for the quarter ended June 30, 2008. That's a 67% increase over the same period last year.  In addition to new contracted sales, Cytiva achieved 100% renewal revenue.

New contracted business will be reflected in the Company's third quarter financial statements beginning July 1, 2008. Of the new contracted business, 39% will be recognized over the next 12 months with the remaining 61% being recognized over the subsequent 24-36 months.

"Despite general economic worries, Cytiva's second quarter contracted business shows a healthy increase over the same period last year," said Jason Moreau, CEO of Cytiva Software. "In addition for increased demand for our core recruiting product, we are beginning to see demand for our new SonicPerform performance management system and our newly added one45 education administration solutions."

Second quarter highlights include:

- 21 new SonicRecruit customers
- 4 new one45 customers
- Closed first SonicPerform deal
- 67% year over year increase in sales contract value
- 16th consecutive period of quarter-over-quarter growth
- Extended and increased the convertible debenture
