AVX Corporation Declares Increased Dividend

Jul. 22, 2010 (Business Wire) -- The Board of Directors of AVX Corporation (NYSE: AVX) recently declared a dividend of $0.045 per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2010.

This dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on August 2, 2010 and will be disbursed on August 13, 2010.
