Twenty-four AFG colleagues received Twin Cities Business award

MINNEAPOLIS, May 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Associated Financial Group (AFG) and its insurance professionals were recently recognized by Twin Cities Business Magazine. Twenty-four AFG colleagues received the magazine's 2010 Five Star Health Insurance Professional Award. Fewer than seven percent of all licensed health insurance professionals in the Twin Cities area received this award.
Recipients are chosen through an independent telephone survey of health care decision makers at 10,000 small businesses in the Twin Cities area. For the purposes of the research, the term "health insurance professional" includes individuals involved in negotiating and establishing employee and company health insurance benefits. Insurance professionals were evaluated based on nine criteria: customer service, integrity, knowledge and experience, employee communication, employer communication, quality of recommendations, variety of options offerings, post-sale service and overall satisfaction.
